Harjinder Singh who will be seen soon in the web series ‘Inspector Avinash’ has been maintaining a great physique by putting in a lot of hard work. Speaking more on that he says, “Health is another form of wealth, let’s understand this first. Exercising is one of the primary focuses of my lifestyle, and fitness is the outcome of it.”

He goes on to add, “I spend one and a half hours working out every day and that is my me-time. I don’t entertain anyone during my workout time. No matter how busy, I am I never miss my workouts. I am also someone who is very cautious during my workout. Proper technique and form are very important to me. I don’t do ego-lifting because injuries will prevent me from working out and I definitely do not want that.”

“Maintaining abs for a long period of time is a bit difficult. If required, I can get abs. I know the path to getting abs but I am not obsessed with them. I really like to stay away from processed foods or supplements because I believe being fit in life is a long journey. I have to stay with what comes naturally fresh and organic. I love homemade food in the right portions,” adds Harjinder Singh.

He adds, “Sometimes I do have cheat days, usually on Sundays, where I eat aloo paratha and pancakes or dark chocolate cakes.”

Speaking about his idol in fitness, Harjinder Singh says, “Staying fit is your own choice. I don’t have any idols in fitness. Being fit gives me a boost. No one can push for fitness. It comes from within. Nowadays there are so many theories on supplements and diets. I would say understand your body before you put something in it. I depend on a lot of natural sources for protein/fibres/carbs.”
